Terms and Conditions

1.Monthly retainer packages must be paid in advance and unused hours can be carried over to subsequent months.

2.All charges are billed by the minute/hour and invoiced according the agreement.

3.Deposit of up to 25% requested before commencement of work for PAYG (Pay As You Go) clients.

4. Payments can be made by cash, check, or bank transfer. We reserve the right to change our original quotation following suitable consultation with client.

5.Payment is strictly 5 days from receipt of invoice. Day 6 will incur a 10% late fee. Any, and all fees incurred for recovering outstanding balances will be added to the account.

6. Telephone, printing, stationery, postage and other expenses will be charged separately from hourly rate/package cost when incurred.

7. If turnaround of work of 24 hours is requested, additional charges may be applied.

8. Any late cancellation of work will incur a $25 administrative fee (24-hour notice required)
