We need 80 agents to take incoming calls for our pledge drive client, answering FAQ's about the pledge drive and assisting donors with the August pledge drive.

How to Become an Agent:

Skills and Equipment Needed:

• Ability to read a script verbatim while controlling the call and sounding natural.
• Excellent home-office customer service skills assisting callers with information about donating to their chosen non-profit agency.
• Enter customers and pledge information correctly.
• Windows-based PC with anti-malware security, 2GB of RAM at minimum, CPU (Intel or AMD) with 2 GHz process (or equivalent).
• Monitor resolution of 1280 x 720 (720p) or greater
• Internet Explorer 10 or higher
• Internet speed of 512k upload and 1.5 mbps download (or greater)
• USB headset with microphone

The hours of operation for this project is 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

The pledge drive is a seasonal project with its busiest call volume occuring in January, March, June, August, October, November and December each year.

Pay starts at $0.20 per minute (talk time) with the ability to earn bonuses.
